‘The Red House’ Period Museum is the only bricks-and-mortar museum in the world dedicated entirely to menstruation and period issues such as period poverty, stigma and education.

Period Museum is located in a traditional market in Taipei, Taiwan. It's not only a museum but also a period hub and a service point. In addition to special exhibitions from global artists, the museum presents permanent period equity exhibitions, including diverse period issues, cross-generational female history, and global period education materials. Many period education workshops, panel discussions, and advocacy events will occasionally be held in the museum.

Regardless of age, gender, race or whether you menstruate, everyone is welcome to visit!
